What is a pre-order?

It's a way to reserve our hottest new products before their initial release.
Pre-order is placing an order for items that are not currently in stock. These items are made to order by our manufacturing facility. By placing a pre-order with NYIV, you will have first priority for shipment of those items.  Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as we receive stock and will be filled in the order in which they were received. Pre-orders generally take between 2-6 weeks to arrive. Once they arrive in our warehouse they will take about 1-3 days for shipping and handling.
